Join their forces!

KARATE KYOKUSHIN – A FIGHT OR A WAY OF LIVING?

For many of us, the word karate is associated with the fight between good and evil or fights in the movies. Yet a deeper insight into this field of sports that is not included into the Olympic Games reveals a whole new world of KARATE KYOKUSHIN that consists of honour, conscience, humanity, wisdom and even seemingly supernatural powers, fascinating duels and strong will of fighters. What is actually karate kyokushin, one of the Oriental martial arts? If this field of sports is called a martial art, let us look for a new synthesis or the art. We can probably manage to apply what’s the best in this art in our everyday life. Let’s live artistically, creatively and healthily.

KARATE KYOKUSHIN IN A NUTSHELL
Karate is a wonderful art that combines spiritual strength and physical agility. Karate can be described as a way of self-defence, a tool of improving one’s physical fitness and coordination. This is a field of sports that helps to relieve stress and aggression, develop stamina, devotion and, finally, it is the philosophy of life and the way of living.
