Worshops for local youth, priority for kids and youth with deaf and hard-of hearing children and youth

Music project “Africa“:
new instruments, new sounds, and new composition arrangements on the topics of the ever sunny Africa, surprises and improvisations.

\'\' “I have been travelling around Africa in my thoughts. I have been painting a picture of Africa in my imagination that contains sceneries of nature, rhythm, dance, rituals, and landscapes. This is my music, my illusion, and this is my Africa. My imagined Africa”, says Lithuanian musician, percussionist, composer and multi-instrumentalist Tomas Dobrovolskis, introducing the concept of his project.

\'\' “For me, the cooperation in this project is absolutely unexpected and very interesting”, says Plazi Halauoi, who has come to Lithuania from the Republic of Togo in Southwest Africa. “When playing music together, we discover new and very interesting consonances. Therefore, both our original compositions and authentic songs from my country sound in a new way, very interesting, and surprisingly...“
